Before a visit, Tapolo sends the client a reminder on Telegram, or by email if they haven't connected Telegram. When you move a booking, they see the new time and tap "Confirm the new time" or "Keep as it was".

If your dashboard is open, it shows them straight away, no reload needed: in the bell and as a short notice. Connect Telegram and Tapolo messages you there too.

Yes. Set the number of seats and a regular schedule, and clients book themselves and see how many seats are left.

Yes, on the «Studio» plan. It includes 2 people alongside you, and more — up to 10 — with extra seats. Each has their own login, calendar and hours, and clients choose who to book on your page. Your account becomes a studio in settings, and nothing is lost.

No. Only the studio owner pays for the «Studio» plan; the people in the studio use Tapolo for free.

Only their own bookings, their own calendar and the contacts of those bookings' clients. They don't see your notes, prices, payments or studio settings.

The people in your studio are paused: the page stops offering them, their bookings stay, and you can hand them to yourself. Renew the plan and everything comes back.

Yes. Both your dashboard and your booking page work in a phone's browser, with nothing to install.

Yes: the «Start» plan is free forever, with a monthly limit of online bookings and one service. You can try «Practice» for 14 days without a card; if you don't subscribe, you're back on «Start» and nothing is lost.

Ukrainian, English, Polish and Russian. You choose which languages your booking page speaks.

Yes, in Settings under Security. Your page stops taking bookings at once, and the account is deleted after 30 days. Until then you can change your mind.
